The staff were lovely and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. The hotel's location near the Tower of London and close to tube stations was convenient. The room was perfect for a couple, with a comfortable bed.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower was refreshing. Even though we didn't opt for breakfast at the hotel, the bag holding facilities were very convenient. We also appreciated the helpful tips from the friendly staff. we would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is ideally situated near several tube stations, making transportation easy. the staff was accommodating and helpful with an early check-in. The facilities are clean and modern with a lovely reception and bar area.

Loved the modern design and stylish decor of the hotel. The room was small but well-designed, with comfortable mattresses and a good selection of pillows. The bathroom was compact but had plenty of space for toiletries and even had body and hair dispensers. The temperature in the room was pleasant and the European sockets were a nice touch.
The customer service was terrible. The staff were rude and lacked common sense, often panicking and making things up as they went along.

This centrally located hotel offers convenience, just a few minutes walk from various tube stations and a bus stop. Rooms are equipped with tea and coffee facilities and have lovely modern bathrooms. Breakfast is a highlight with a great variety of tasty dishes. The hotel also boasts a beautifully designed lobby with a bar that serves throughout the day.
Some of the staff members seemed unqualified, with a lack of training that led to not being able to provide some of the listed drinks on the menu.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The value for money is unbeatable, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the basic amenities provided in the rooms to the friendly and attentive staff. And let's not forget about the location! Right near Tower Bridge and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and all transport links to the city, this hotel is a dream for explorers. Plus, some rooms offer a great view of London, which is an added bonus!
