Motel One London-Tower Hill

The staff were lovely and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. The hotel's location near the Tower of London and close to tube stations was convenient. The room was perfect for a couple, with a comfortable bed.

Loved the modern design and stylish decor of the hotel. the room was small but well-designed, with comfortable mattresses and a good selection of pillows. the bathroom was compact but had plenty of space for toiletries and even had body and hair dispensers. the temperature in the room was pleasant and the European sockets were a nice touch.

The customer service was terrible. the staff were rude and lacked common sense, often panicking and making things up as they went along.

Some of the staff members seemed unqualified, with a lack of training that led to not being able to provide some of the listed drinks on the menu.
